Founded in 1971 by Late Sardar Mandhir Singh Ji, Bablu is a legacy brand renowned for its authentic Amritsari tawa cuisine. Named after his youngest son, Tajinder Pal Singh (affectionately known as Bablu), the brand took root when Mandhir Singh Ji migrated from Amritsar to Delhi, where his distinctive flavors quickly won the hearts of loyal patrons.
The second generation joined the business in 1985, followed by the third generation—Jaskaran Singh Batra, a Hotel Management graduate—in 2012. Under their guidance, the brand expanded with a new outlet in Ashok Vihar, Delhi, in 2014, continuing to serve Delhi with the same authentic recipes and culinary traditions that made it legendary.
With the blessings of Late Sardar Mandhir Singh Ji, Bablu continues to flourish under the leadership of his son and grandson, serving patrons from both Ghanta Ghar and Ashok Vihar, and keeping its legacy of authentic flavors alive for generations to come.
